Darlene's book "Walking for Stress Relief" is a fantastic way to get yourself moving and motivated to walk. She talks about the benefits of walking to your body and mind, along with offering many inspiring reasons to walk. I used to be a walker until my health didn't allow much of it anymore, but this book just got me motivated to give it another try. This is one book everyone should read.
