"Crawford Hill" by Robin Hewitt {Book Review}

Synopsis:

Derek Crawford:

Why do people do the things they do?

What if a family groomed their descendents to kill at will for fun, fortune, and fornication?

If a serial murderer develops from a combination of biological, social, and environmental factors and I've been groomed from two centuries to my conception for all three, do I have a snowball's chance in hell of living a normal life?

What if I married before I went nuts and ended up abusing my wife a few years down the road?

What if I ended up having a killer kid?

I'm the last of the damned Crawford family, and I'm going to keep it that way.

But then of course the best laid plans can go awry, as I found when I decided to confront the whole I'm-not-an-emerging-serial-killer scenario.

Welcome to my world.

Welcome to Crawford Hill.

Review:

Robin pens "Crawford Hill" (Book One of the Derek Montgomery Crawford IX),  a murder mystery/suspense thriller in a well developed plot that borders the erotica genre, but basically it's the elements of the story that are erotic, if that makes any sense. I found her characters to be extremely interesting, well developed which helps the story line to flow smoothly. Recommended for all mystery and thriller fans.

I give "Crawford Hill" a 4 star rating.
